ClinicalMatch exists because of a gap our founder watched for fifteen years from the inside: clinical trials failing to find patients, and patients never learning those trials existed — sometimes in the same city.

Dr. Viktoriia Golikova is a physician (MD, O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University) who spent over fifteen years at IQVIA, the world's largest clinical research organization. She led feasibility assessment, site activation, and program management for trials across 40 countries and multiple therapy areas — including serving as global program manager for multi-country oncology and immunology programs. Her specialty was exactly the problem ClinicalMatch solves: understanding eligibility criteria, patient populations, and what makes trial recruitment succeed or fail.
The idea
Trial eligibility criteria are written as free text — precise for regulators, impenetrable for patients. ClinicalMatch restructures that text into data, so a patient's real situation can be compared against a trial's real requirements. The same structure helps research sites find the patients they need. One dataset, both directions.
The company
ClinicalMatch is developed by Golgino, LLC, a U.S. company founded by Dr. Golikova, working with oncology clinicians, patient advocates, and research-site professionals as pilot advisors.
